What is a card type?: The kinds of card your guests can hold: memberships, packages and tickets. Base lets you run any two of them; Growth runs all three.
What about prepaid wallets?: Prepaid wallet cards, where guests load money and spend it at your venue, are part of Growth. On Base you cannot top up wallets; anything a guest already has can still be spent.
What do I get for ₹1?: 7 days with everything switched on, for a one-time ₹1 paid by UPI or card when you sign up. It does not renew by itself.
What happens after the trial?: If you have not chosen a plan by the end, billing guests pauses until you do. Guest wallets and balances are never touched, and everything comes back the moment you pay.
Can I buy a plan during the trial?: Yes. Your paid period starts when the trial ends, so you never lose trial days.
How do I pay?: From your console (Settings → CashCard plan), by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Prices include GST.
Is there a setup fee or a cut of my sales?: No. The plan price is all you pay CashCard.
