No logistics tail
Nothing to freight to site, nothing to hand out at the gate, nothing to chase back at the end. Setup is a design and a QR.
Ticket + Wallet passes
Nothing to ship. Nothing to return.
Wristbands have to be ordered, printed, freighted, distributed and collected, and the readers that read them have to be rented. A festival on CashCard ships nothing: entry and spend both live on passes the guest already carries.
How it runs here
01
Day, gate and what the ticket type includes are printed on the pass itself, and it lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet at the point of sale.
02
The same guest carries a balance for the bars and the food stalls, topped up over UPI before they reach the gate.
03
Entry does not need the guest to have signal, which is the difference between a gate that moves and a field of people holding phones in the air.
04
Every vendor uses a phone. You see the take per stall as the day runs, not in a pile of paper afterwards.
What the venue gets
Nothing to freight to site, nothing to hand out at the gate, nothing to chase back at the end. Setup is a design and a QR.
The cost of one more attendee is one more pass. There is no per-head hardware line to negotiate.
Set times, stage changes and balance updates reach the lock screen, because the pass keeps updating after it is issued.
Entry, bars and stalls report into the same place, with roles per team and an audit trail behind every transaction.
A demo on your own counter, before you pay for anything. Zero hardware, live in an hour, and the passes keep working long after the lights come up.
